# AI Chatbot

> Streaming, citation-backed AI Chatbot grounded in your RAGSuite content.

The AI Chatbot is a streaming chat experience grounded in your own content. Every reply is expected to carry citations so people can verify the passage before they act.

It is **not** [Admin Assistant](/Console/AdminAssistant/Index) (in-console operator help). It is **not** [AI Voice Pilot](/Enterprise/AIVoicePilot/Index) (Enterprise spoken RAG).

## Principle

> If RAGSuite can’t cite it, it doesn’t claim it.

That citation-backed principle is core product positioning on [ragsuite.de](https://www.ragsuite.de).

## In the console

Open Chatbot / chat mode, select the project whose sources you trust, and ask operational questions. Use feedback controls to improve quality over time.

## Embed

The chatbot widget can be embedded on your sites. See [Widgets & embeds](/SourcesAndConnectors/Widgets/Index).
