Answers from AI Search and AI Chatbot are grounded in your ingested sources. Citations let users open the exact material the system relied on — the opposite of an unverifiable black box.

Use citations in regulated and operational settings before decisions are made.

## Feedback

Collect user feedback on answers so quality improves over time. Feedback is part of the Community feature set and pairs with analytics/tracing capabilities that deepen under Enterprise.
